Glaziers Center, Inc. proudly announces the commercial release of its newest fabrication automation innovation – the RHINOFAB Auto Unloader – that signifies a new era in manufacturing efficiency and adds to a long list of RHINOFAB architectural metal fabrication innovations.
Conventional work process necessitated an operator to remove finished parts one piece at a time with any operator delays or distractions potentially pausing the production process. The RHINOFAB Auto Unloader offers several key advantages in operator flexibility, machine efficiency, and streamlined production.
• Operator Flexibility: Frees up machine operator for up to 60 minutes – 1 hour at a time, allowing an operator to focus on other tasks, such as gasketing, assembly, and other value-added work.
• Enhanced Machine Efficiency: Eliminates potential downtime during employee breaks and other planned times when an operator is away.
• Streamlined Production: By regularly adding raw stock lengths to the infeed conveyor side, the RHINOFAB Auto Unloader eliminates uneven production flow thereby enhancing overall production throughput.
The RHINOFAB Auto Unloader is retrofittable on all existing* RHINOFAB automated extrusion and RHINOFAB Combo machining centers and available on any new RHINOFAB automated extrusion and RHINOFAB Combo machining centers.** Table size is customizable to fit nearly any shop with table lengths from 12 to 32 feet long, and table widths of either 5 feet or 10 feet wide.
* Existing systems - Version 2.0 or later.
** New systems include extrusion machines RHINOFAB 900 Series, RHINOFAB 1100 Series, RHINOFAB 1300 Series and RHINOFAB Combo automated extrusion and door fabrication machining centers (RHINOFAB 9600/9700).
