For the third year in a row, Fenestration China was held in the halls of the China I nternational Exhibition Center in Beijing. Compared to the previous year the exhibition area had grown by 20% to almost 5.400m². From the 16^th - 19^th November 2005 about 23,000 trade visitors sought product information round and about facades.

Our stand 3102 in Hall 3 had lots of visitors on all four exhibition days. Together with our Chinese dealers, we presented out new version of ATHENA 2006 which proved to be very impressive with prospective buyers. Above all, the new features in the 3D section were very well received.

Ever more attention in China is being given to the subject of "energy saving". So the interest in flixo was correspondingly high. Some versions of the software were even sold directly on the exhibition stand. Also, SJ Mepla struck a chord with trade visitors. A further success worth noting is the founding of a new branch office in Peking. In this way we can serve the Chinese market even better.

Apart from the many contacts from all over the world, it gave us great pleasure to once again meet our satisfied customers personally and exchange opinions and ideas. Summing up we can say that this year's Fenestration China for us was very positive. "The world meets in China" - this applies particularly to this exhibition.
